This project is near and dear to our hearts because it is for a mission-based client who wants to save the world with vegan food. The owner is an immigrant who worked as an engineer at a large corporation when one day she was called to quit her job and spread the message of veganism to the world by running affordable and high-quality vegan restaurants across the Valley. The owner has achieved her dream and has several successful locations. This new location in Peoria is her latest endeavor in trying to save the world through encouraging people to eat vegan. The existing building remains intact and the improvements occur on the interior. We are looking forward to the project getting built in 2023.
